We’re a growing web design company creating high-performing digital experiences for a wide range of brands. We’re looking for an experienced Web Experience Developer who loves building fast, accessible, conversion-focused websites and campaign experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable across design, marketing, and development and takes pride in turning creative ideas into polished, user-friendly digital experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
- Building responsive, user-focused front-end experiences for marketing websites and campaigns
- Developing landing pages, microsites, and interfaces designed to support lead generation and conversion
- Collaborating closely with designers to faithfully translate designs into production-ready code
- Implementing animations, interactions, and UI enhancements using modern JavaScript
- Optimising front-end performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Supporting marketing teams with A/B tests, content updates, and marketing campaign launches
- Working within Zoho and other CMS/platform tools to support marketing functionality
- Maintaining clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code across projects
- Managing tasks and feedback through internal project management and CRM systems
- Must have proven work experience in a similar Front-End Web Experience role, preferably within a Marketing Agency/Retail environment
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS / SASS, PHP and JavaScript
- Proven experience building marketing-led websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Comfortable working in an agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines
- Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and non-technical stakeholders
- Some exposure to CRM packages ie, Zoho, or similar – desirable
- Experience with CMS-driven marketing sites – desirable
- Some familiarity with performance and optimisation tools (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, etc.) – desirable
- Understanding of CRO principles and marketing analytics

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Produce high-quality graphic content in line with brand guidelines
- Capture and edit photography of assets as required
- Design a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and more
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback with efficiency
- Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all projects
- Stay current with design trends, techniques, and tools
- At least 2 years of experience in a graphic design role (preferably in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- A creative portfolio of packaging and/or customised print design
- A firm grasp of design principles and best practices
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our web design company. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between clients, developers, and designers, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, translated, and implemented into effective web solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of web development processes, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Review the RFP or Statement of Work and extract high-level requirements to understand the features.
- Performs background research to understand our client's vertical, industry, and market position.
- Defines specific deliverables based on this preliminary information
- Takes time to understand all the use cases for our client's website and the overarching goals they’re trying to achieve with the project.
- Audits and evaluates content on clients' existing websites to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate if there are custom integrations that will need to be built to connect the client's website with other digital solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a web design or digital agency setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management software.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
- Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
